Returns Policy

Within 30 days of purchase you can return any kite that is unused, undamaged and still within its original packaging.

Need to start a return? No problem. Send your kite back to us at the address below and include a note of your name, email address and order number.

Who Pays For The Return? Postage of the return is your responsibility. We recommend you send it via tracked mail.

When will I get my refund? We aim to process refunds within 5 business days of receipt of the returned goods. Funds will be transferred electronically back to the card or paypal account from which the original payment was made. Time for funds to appear in your account may vary slightly depending on your card provider. Please note, Shipping fees are NOT refundable.

Packaging: By placing an order with Lofty Kites, you make a great eco-friendly choice to buy sustainable, recyclable and ethical products. And that is true of the packaging too. You will receive your products in a recycled cardboard box or bag and clothing will be protected in a compostable, non-plastic garment bag.

If we need to use packing filler, it will always be made from recycled paper or compostable cellulose packing.

Shipping: All orders are shipped from the UK. For items shipped in the UK we use Royal Mail or courier services. Where items are shipped to overseas, we will use a carrier appropriate to the destination country.

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days.
